The myKaarma DirectConnect application is a mobile application for Automotive Dealerships. It provides functionality and features to streamline the interaction with Service Customers who have appointments or vehicles being serviced at the Dealership. It interfaces with most common Dealer Management Systems and allows the dealer to Communicate with the customer via email, text messages and voice calls.
