Bihar Saral Smart Meter App is the Official NBPDCL Smart meter Consumer App for Rural areas of Darbhanga , Madhubani, Saharsa , Khagaria and Begusarai. This bilingual application available in both Hindi and English through which Smart Meter consumer can access their Smart Meter related details such as Daily/Monthly energy consumption. This application also facilitates online recharge of their account balance among other usages.
