SIVOLEY is a web-based federation management platform designed to streamline and digitize the operation of federated volleyball, integrating the Federation, Associations, and Clubs into a single system, with the athlete at the center of the registration process. Its objective is to replace scattered processes (forms, emails, loose documents) with a single database containing structured, traceable, and accessible information based on roles and permissions. In its initial scope, it prioritizes two critical processes: athlete registration/administration and transfer management, aiming to ensure that sensitive procedures are carried out with clear statuses, supporting documentation, and regulatory compliance. The platform includes modules such as Dashboard (global view and indicators), Organizations (Federation/Association/Club profiles, contacts, directory, bank details, documents), Athletes (complete profile with history and documents), Referees, Configuration (users, categories, attributes, transfer prices), and Reports (filters and export). The Transfers module centralizes requests such as inter-club transfers, registrations, free agency, temporary transfers, and data updates, digitizing the regulations to improve transparency and reduce errors. Furthermore, the proposal envisions a phased implementation with data collection and uploading, training, support, and continuous improvement, along with an architecture focused on security and operational continuity.
