Tripitaka is a scripture that records the teachings of the Buddha Tripitaka, which means 3 baskets, because the content is divided into 3 major categories: The Vinaya Pitaka on the various disciplines of monks and nuns Phra Suttanta Pitaka Concerning the Sutra, which is the sermon of the Buddha and his disciples shown to people of different castes and education different karma, different agenda There are both prose and poetry. Abhidhamma Pitaka On Abhidhamma or Paramattha Dhamma which is advanced Explained in purely academic terms without reference to events and people. The early teachings of the Lord Buddha are known as the Dhamma Vinaya. Until the 3rd council, the area related to Paramatthadhamma was divided into another section called the Abhidhamma Pitaka. in early Buddhism Each sect has its own book. Some sects have 5 Pitakas, some 7 Pitakas, but the complete Tipitaka that has been handed down to the present day is the Pali Tipitaka of the Theravada Sect. At present, the word Tripitaka Used to refer to Buddhist scriptures as a whole. which has a total of 3 chapters, namely Pali Tipitaka used in Theravada sect Chinese Tripitaka used in the Mahayana sect Tibetan Tipitaka used in Tibetan Buddhism
