This app receives PPG (photoplethysmography) signals and IMU (inertial measurement unit) data from an external device to analyze and visualize the user’s biometric and activity data in real time. Users can monitor heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability indicators such as SDNN and RMSSD. The app also provides various health and exercise-related metrics, including activity intensity, activity duration, average and current heart rate intensity, VO2max, and heart rate recovery (HRR).
