Manage My Care

Manage My Care gives you access to outpatient appointment and referral information at all WA public hospital and health services. It lets you: • view dates and times of future appointments as well as referral information • update your contact details (e.g. address and phone numbers) • request to reschedule or cancel upcoming outpatient appointments for participating clinics • receive notifications about appointments and referrals • view directions, location, instructions and requirements for upcoming appointments. New features include: • Refreshed design • Simpler and more secure login • Expanded reschedule options • Instant appointment notifications.
