Click the card news area at the top of the app to view card news details via an external browser. ■ Real-time Waiting Status Check for Major Civil Affairs - Recertification Issuance - Passport Application - Find Passport The current call number and number of people waiting for each civil affairs service are provided in real time, allowing you to quickly check the expected waiting time before visiting the site.
