Offline travel documents, schedules, checklists, expenses, and trip tools.
Travel Docs Vault keeps travel documents, schedules, checklists, and expenses ready on your device, even when you are offline. Use it while planning a trip and at airports, immigration counters, hotel check-ins, activity entrances, and other travel moments where reliable access matters. Key features - Organize trips with destination templates and editable preparation checklists - Add PDF and image documents from files, the gallery, or the camera - Convert UTF-8 HTML files to PDF on your device - Use on-device OCR to suggest document details from images - Search across trips and documents, filter by category, reorder items, and pin quick presentation documents - Preview PDF and image files with full-screen viewing, high-quality image zoom, and presentation mode - Build schedules in destination time zones and compare them with Korea time - Open saved places or supported links in Google Maps - Track budgets and multi-currency expenses with cached reference exchange rates - Store optional passport, address, accommodation, and flight details in secure storage protected by device authentication - Import and export trip document packs with optional password encryption - Browse approved public preparation packs and import templates without private document files - Get local reminders for upcoming trips and document expiry dates - Protect access with device screen lock or biometrics where available - Choose system, Korean, or English language settings - Choose system, light, or dark theme settings - Start with a sample trip on first launch Private trips, documents, expenses, and entry information stay on your device with no account or cloud sync. Entry information uses operating-system-backed secure storage and is excluded from document pack exports. OCR and HTML conversion run on-device. Reference-rate lookup sends only currency codes to Frankfurter, and Google Maps receives a saved link or place text only after you tap the map action. The Community tab connects to Firebase to retrieve pre-reviewed public preparation packs and to submit a limited report containing public pack and creator IDs plus a selected reason. It never uploads your private travel files. Diagnostics, usage, and app-integrity data may also be processed by Firebase and the platform integrity provider. Files stored inside the app are removed when the app is deleted.
