Diabetes CV risk awareness tool. The tool is based on the result of the 9,000+ patients trial LEADER. The risk of cardiovascular disease has been analysed with regards to risk factors such as smoking status and age. With an underlying statistical model, the impact of the risk factors on a 3-year risk is visualized in the app. The app is intended for professional health care providers and is subject to local legislation. The app need an activation code that is provided by the local Novo Nordisk affiliate.
