Sakhi is the patient mobile app for Paalana by NurturaX LLC. It helps registered patients stay connected through pregnancy with secure login, chat support, program notifications, and a direct link to their assigned ASHA worker. IMPORTANT — WHO CAN USE THIS APP Sakhi is not open for public self-registration. You cannot create an account or complete onboarding yourself in this app. Access is available only after an ASHA worker has registered and onboarded you in the Paalana program. Once that is done, sign in with your registered mobile number. SECURE SIGN-IN • Sign in with your registered mobile number • Protect your account with a 4-digit PIN • Reset your PIN using Forgot PIN if needed • Manage login when your account is already active on another device • Log out securely when you finish using the device CHAT WITH SAKHI (PAALANA) • Ask pregnancy-related questions in a simple chat • Receive helpful responses from Sakhi in the app • Continue conversations with chat history • Search past messages and move between matches • See typing indicators while a reply is being prepared • Open selected program notifications into chat when relevant YOUR HEALTH PROFILE • Complete profile details required by your program (such as age group, pregnancy history, and medical history fields configured for you) • View your patient profile, including MRN where available • See your linked ASHA worker name and related details • Optionally add, update, or remove a profile photo from your gallery NOTIFICATIONS & ALERTS • Receive push notifications from your care program (with permission) • Browse your notification inbox in the app • Search notifications and track read / unread status • Send a message to alert your assigned ASHA worker when you need help MADE FOR REAL-WORLD USE • Available in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (matching your registered language build) • Short guided in-app tour to help you learn key screens • Clear support for session security and everyday maternal-care workflows ABOUT PAALANA BY NURTURAX LLC Sakhi is part of Paalana by NurturaX LLC — built for patients who are already part of a maternal care program managed with ASHA workers.
