The blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring features cannot function without these supplied external devices. Weight tracking can be entered manually or synced from Google Health Connect. The Digital Medicine app is for enrolled members of the Digital Medicine program. It pairs with your supplied devices to give you and your care team a continuous view of your readings, supports you between visits, and helps you stay engaged with your care plan. Choose when to be reminded to submit a reading, review your monthly report, or complete other program tasks. Understand your readings. Get in-app guidance after each blood pressure or blood glucose reading is submitted. Learn through digital coaching. Build knowledge of your condition through interactive learning missions and review your progress in trends and monthly reports. Get help setting up your devices. Step-by-step in-app instructions and videos walk you through pairing your supplied blood pressure monitor and blood glucose meter and taking accurate readings.
