Eat Fit is Ochsner Health System statewide collective impact initiative to address nutrition education, access to healthy foods, and reducing obesity across Louisiana. You can find amazing "Eat Fit Approved" dishes at dozens of top restaurants from across the state, each of which have worked directly with our team of Registered Dietitians to create healthy, delicious dishes. We also provide you with a one-stop shop for recipes, weight management, tobacco cessation and other healthy lifestyle tips. You can also find programs and events from dozens of community partners.
