Prominent Disclosure & Accessibility API Usage: This app uses the AccessibilityService API solely to perform the system-level action of turning off and locking the screen. • Why Accessibility API is used: The AccessibilityService API allows the app to lock the screen without invalidating biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or face unlock) on Android 9 (Pie) and above. • Data Privacy: This app DOES NOT collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive user data via the AccessibilityService API. The API is used strictly to execute the screen-lock action. Permissions Used: • Accessibility Service: Used exclusively to perform the screen lock action. • Device Administrator Permission: Used on older Android versions as an alternative method to lock the device screen.
