These four words came to mind when I first saw the Fit House restaurant in front of me. The idea quickly became a goal and then a plan. Since I myself do sports and pay attention to my nutrition and health, I thought I would find a way to convey it to like-minded people. I am sorry to see how many people suffer from food allergies and cardiovascular problems caused by obesity. I want to help them change their lives too.
