Your employees conveniently indicate their availability via the app or are assigned directly by you. This creates a clear overview for everyone involved. ⏱️ Time recording via app – including geofencing Employees record their working hours directly via the app: Check in when starting work Document breaks Check out at the end of the day When enabled, the app uses location-based features to ensure time tracking accuracy. This happens e.g. B. via GPS location during check-in and check-out or automatically via geofencing as soon as employees are in a defined work area. Optionally, a digital signature can be stored as additional confirmation. 📱 Permissions & services in the foreground The Ordio app uses a service in the foreground to collect location data only during active use for time tracking. Specifically, this means: Location data is only requested during check-in and check-out The capture takes place via a foreground service, only as long as the app is open No permanent location tracking in the background The data is not stored or passed on and is used solely to validate the work location This authorization is necessary to ensure precise, forgery-proof working time recording - especially in conjunction with our geofencing function. 👤 Self-management of employee data Invite your employees via email. You enter your master data independently. If desired, your tax advisor will be automatically informed as soon as new data is available or employees are deregistered. 📊 Evaluations & exports for accounting All working times and planning can be clearly displayed, exported and made available directly to the tax advisor.
