Introducing the new 2021 PetCheck Staff app! Mobile connectivity with both cellular data and wifi can be a big issue when taking care of someone’s pet. You need to work in all conditions, and that’s why we built the app to work in the background whenever possible. Special alerts will inform you when your data connection wasn’t strong enough to synch, prompting you to re-open and to refresh the app. The app empowers staff through: - Real-time schedules - Patented on premise QR code technology that allows staff to scan in and to scan out when starting and ending visits - Real-time automated customer updates including arrival and departure, GPS maps, photos, and appointment comments - Ability to perform group appointments Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
