Elite Jumps

Prop your phone against a wall. Start jumping. Elite Jumps counts every rep. No watch. No sensor. No special rope. Elite Jumps reads your jumps through your phone's camera with a machine-learning model that runs entirely on your device — so the only gear you need is a rope and somewhere to set your phone down. GUIDED WORKOUTS Structured sessions that call out every interval, rest and target as you go. HIIT, endurance, speed, tabata, strength and recovery — from a four-minute Tabata to a forty-five-minute marathon. Or open Free Jump and just move. FORM ANALYSIS Record a set and get scored on what actually makes a jumper efficient: how far your hands travel, how much your body bobs, how high your feet leave the floor, and whether you favor one side. You get a rope length recommendation matched to your height and your style along with it. LEARN THE SKILLS Video courses take you from your first bounce to crosses, releases and leg hooks. Beginner Skills, Boxing Jump Rope and Dance Jump Rope, plus a trick library running from the EB Cross and the Toad through the Crougar to the TS Cross. SEE THE WORK ADD UP Jumps, active minutes and calories, charted by week, month and year, with a streak calendar that fills in every day you show up. Calorie estimates account for your body weight and the rope in your hands — a weighted rope is not a speed rope, and the numbers know it. SET A TARGET Pick a weekly goal in calories, jumps or minutes and get workout recommendations that match it. Twenty-three achievements wait behind lifetime milestones, single-session efforts and consecutive-day streaks. ELITE JUMPS PRO Pro unlocks category workout programs, the custom workout builder, every video course lesson, Form Analysis, and month and year progress views.
