The Honor App

What if every room you walked into became a little more honoring because you were there? At the dinner table. In the boardroom. In the church pew. On your street. That is what the Honor App is built for. The Honor App is a culture transformation tool built on 26 years of global coaching experience by Dr. Joseph Umidi — executive coach, author, ICF Professional Certified Coach, and pioneer of the Christian coaching movement. It exists to help ordinary people create cultures of honor in their families, their workplaces, their churches, and their communities. Honor is not a feeling. It is a practice. It means granting weight, respect, and worth to people based on who they are — not what they have done or what they can do for you. One conversation carried out with that kind of intentional honor can shift the culture of a family, a team, a church, or a neighborhood. The Honor App gives you the tools, the community, and the coaching to do exactly that. Free with Honor Foundations: Download the app and get immediate access to Dr. Umidi's foundational video training, curated teaching clips, the Five Conversations That Change Everything guide, monthly tools and resources, and a community built around real conversations that matter. Go deeper with Honor Circle at $49 per month: Honor Circle is a monthly membership community organized around four spheres of life where honor culture matters most — Family, Work, Church, and Community. Members receive live monthly group coaching with Dr. Umidi, full access to his complete program library spanning every life stage from teenagers to retirement, a monthly Conversation Toolkit, and 10 percent off all resources in the app. This is not a content platform. It is a movement. One conversation at a time. Download the app. Start building the culture.
