Within the app, you can easily access low-protein meal recipes, a safe grocery shopping guide, school and social life information cards, a page on legal rights and benefits, a table of low-protein substitute foods, and a phenylketonuria tracking system. The PKU Meal Recipes section regularly shares recipes suitable for low-protein diets. You can be notified via app notifications when new recipes are added. The Phenylketonuria Tracking System allows you to regularly record your blood PHE levels, daily food intake, and notes on your diet. The PKU Guide section provides simple and understandable information to help families, teachers, and the social environment become more informed about PKU.
