Once you have installed a domestic Solo 3S, or commercial variants such as Solo Pro or Twin you can use the app to: - Configure the charger’s settings - Get live readings - Connect the charger to the customer’s Wi-Fi - Diagnose faults Plus, by configuring and registering the charger with Pod Point through the app, our customer service team will handle all customer issues remotely on your behalf. Pod Point Installer is only for the use of qualified electricians in the country of installation.
