POSHAN Tracker app provides a 360-degree view of the activities of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs), service deliveries of Anganwadi Workers (AWWs), and complete beneficiary management for pregnant women, lactating mothers, children 0 - 6 years, and adolescent girls. The developed system enables real-time monitoring and tracking of all AWCs, AWWs, and beneficiaries.
