Pill Tracker is a medication reminder app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. Stay on top of your daily medications. Pill Tracker is a simple, calm way to keep track of the pills you take and when. ADD YOUR PILLS Set up each medication with its name, dose, and schedule. Choose fixed times (8am, 2pm, 10pm) or interval-based dosing (every 8 hours). ONE-TAP CONFIRMATION When it's time, just tap "Took it." The app tracks what you took and when — no complicated logging. EXTRA CONFIRMATION FOR THE MEDS YOU CHOOSE Mark any medication so that logging a dose takes an extra confirmation tap, and the app flags it when your own logged history already shows a recent dose. These are convenience aids for keeping an accurate personal record — they work only from what you enter in the app, can't know what you've actually taken, aren't a safety-critical control, and don't replace your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. COURSE TRACKING Taking a 7-day antibiotic? Set it as a temporary medication and watch your progress. Reminders automatically stop when the course is complete. REMINDERS Get a notification when a dose is scheduled, with quick-action buttons so you can confirm without even opening the app. Reminder delivery depends on your phone's settings — the app will help you set those up so reminders are as reliable as your device allows. HOME SCREEN WIDGET See your next pending dose at a glance from your home screen. PRIVACY Your medications, doses, and schedules stay on your device. There's no account to create and no cloud sync — your medication data is never uploaded to us. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects device and advertising identifiers to serve them.
