ABOUT KSR APP: KSR includes a physical card linked to the application. Members can use this app to earn and redeem points and enjoy perks and discounts from Kubota. Kubota Loyal Customers can also use the app to book services they need such as repairs and maintenance. KEY FEATURES: Virtual Card KSR allows you to easily monitor your points, see available promos, and check your current points online. Promotions and Announcements You can also rate and comment on the promos that you have used. You can easily get updated on the announcements, promos, new products, upcoming events, etc. Transaction History KSR also has a transaction history to see your recent transactions. These are the redeemed and earned points and from which products you have collected them. Availed Units page Aside from the current units that you have availed with KSR, you can also add the existing Kubota units that you have already purchased prior to KSR launch. Simply enter the information required by the app to monitor all your units. Service page You can also see the status of your booking if it is Pending (still awaiting approval from the dealer if they will accept it), Approved, or Rejected. You can also rate the dealer and provide comments after performing services. Account page In the KSR Account page, you can easily access your account number, QR code, and other personal details. Notification bell To make your life easier, KSR has a notification bell so you will be notified of your upcoming PMS schedule and booked services. REWARDS AND PERKS: You can earn valuable KSR points with each unit purchased. Specific points will be given for Harvesters, Tractors, Transplanters, Engines, and Implements.
