ProPlans

Built for the construction industry, this easy to use communication tool keeps EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE! Everyone on the project can now be working and collaborating in one easy to use App. All your communication and messages, all the plans and drawings, all your documents, all your assignments and to-do’s, can now be stored and shared in one place. ProPlans provides a messaging and communication tool built specifically for the building industry. It’s super easy to use, and… it’s FREE! (We are offering a Freemium version to everyone!) Instantly message anyone on the project, and keep all your messages and communication in one place. Upload, share, view, and markup architectural plans and drawings, and then see those markups in real time. Place notes with comments, photos, and videos directly on the plans so everyone can see them and then interact with them. Everyone will be working off the same set of updated plans--whether in the field or in the office, so much fewer mistakes and re-work will happen. Store all your documents in ProPlans so everyone has access (permission based). Invite everyone to your projects so communication breakdown will be a thing of the past! ProPlans will be releasing NEW AND EXCITING FEATURES that will help you not only communicate better but build better. We want to help everyone in the industry build better homes, buildings, bridges, and better relationships! Better communication, better results. PROPLANS was designed and built for those of you in the industry who have been looking for something much more affordable and easier to use than PlanGrid, Fieldwire, SmartUse, Bluebeam, Procore, BuilderTrend, or CoConstruct.
