Viking coach

I am PT Viking Coach. My journey began at age 12. At the time, I was battling obesity and asthma. While many saw limitations, I saw a battlefield. Nothing was given. Everything was earned. Workout after workout. Day after day. Breath after breath. I transformed my body, strengthened my mind, and learned that discipline beats motivation. Pain taught me. Persistence shaped me. Consistency transformed me. Today, I use that experience to guide others. I am here to protect and guide warriors who navigate uncharted waters in search of their desired land, whether it's losing fat, gaining muscle mass, improving performance, or rebuilding their functional health. My online coaching is structured, strategic, and individualized. What I offer: Personalized training plan – adapted to your level, goal, and routine Practical nutritional guidance and tips – adjusted to your reality Training statistics and monitoring – progress tracked with real data 100% individualized service – each warrior has their own plan Continuous adjustments and direct support – you don't walk alone There are no copied plans here. No empty promises. There is method. Strategy. Real support. The Viking mentality I teach isn't about aggression — it's about honor, discipline, and commitment to your own evolution. I know what it's like to start at the lowest point. I know what it's like to fight against your own body. And I know what it's like to win. If you're ready to weather the storm and conquer your desired land, I'll be by your side. Together we are stronger. PT Viking Coach Forge discipline. Build strength. Live like a warrior. Let's go for it! Skol
