My Chatham links residents with the services and information they need to enjoy their community and stay connected with local government in just a few clicks. This mobile app allows you to submit general questions and non-emergency service requests – all from the convenience of your smartphone. The Request for Service feature allows citizens to easily submit request like: pothole repair, property maintenance issues, missed trash collection, and animal control issues. This app provides residents with an easy way to report a service request for action and resolution. The My Chatham app allows you to pinpoint the issue location, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are fulfilled.
