Long desk sessions make it easy to lose track of movement breaks. WalkReset keeps a simple walking-break routine on your wrist, shows when the next break is due, and gives you clear controls when the timing is not right. Set your active hours, choose a 20, 30, 45, or 60-minute reminder interval, and select the days you want the routine to run. When a break is due, start a walking challenge and follow your time and step progress directly on the watch. The activity-recognition permission is requested only when you start a walking challenge. WalkReset uses the watch’s step-counter sensor during that active challenge and does not access location, heart rate, sleep, or continuous raw motion recordings.
