Talkie is an innovative articulation app designed to help children learn and practice speech-sound production. Talkie integrates three elements: a real-time monitoring loop, a unique interface for customizing word lists and interactive games. Developed by a team of certified Speech-Language-Pathologists and Product engineers who joined forces to produce new clinical tools that can be incorporated into the therapeutic process. Talkie is suitable for practice in the clinical setting with the Speech-Language-Pathologist as well as for home-practice (under the guidance of the clinician) for reinforcement of skills-taught with parents or caregivers. You can practice a whole group of sounds by selecting several target sounds that share a phonetic category or address a type of error.
