Sheikh Tawfiq Al-Saigh earned his master's degree from Umm Al-Qura University in Mecca and served as an imam and preacher at Al-Lami Mosque in Jeddah. He studied under Sheikh Muhammad ibn Uthaymeen and is known for his reverent voice in reciting the Holy Quran according to the Hafs 'an 'Asim narration.
