Access RATIONAL Service Information on the Go with the TechAssistant 2.0 App Use the TechAssistant 2.0 app to quickly and easily access the most important service information for RATIONAL cooking systems while on the move: iCombi Pro, iCombi Classic, iVario, SelfCookingCenter, CombiMaster Plus, and VarioCookingCenter. Log in to the app using your RATIONAL ID. Home – Your Central Overview The following functions are available here: Search – Global Search Search for appliances, service parts, and technical information. Device-specific information such as circuit diagrams, service parts, and additional info can be found using the equipment number. To do this, enter the last seven digits of the serial number or scan the QR code from the nameplate. You can also search specifically for documents by entering relevant keywords. Multifunction Scanner The scanner recognizes QR and barcodes and takes you directly to: the corresponding device (QR code from the nameplate), the shopping cart (barcode on service part packaging), generates passwords for options (QR code on the device), generates PINs for access to the service level (QR code on the device). Device Information If you don’t have a serial or equipment number, you can select a device using filter criteria here. At the end of the selection, you’ll gain access to the corresponding service parts catalog. RATIONAL decides whether a notification is sent for a document. If the notification is active, you will automatically receive a message.
