Resgrid Unit

Resgrid is an open source dispatch, communication and management system that can be used by First Responders (fire departments, law enforcement, emergency medical services), businesses and industry. It allows for management, training and communication with your field deployed personnel and those in standby for example in Search and Rescue (SAR, USART) and CERT organizations. The Resgrid Unit app is intended to be used by Units, both apparatuses and groups of personnel (teams), to provide AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) and support for tracking operational status, objective and task completion, events, dispatch units, personnel accountability and much more. Resgrid can manage your calls, generated either internally or from an external CAD system. Auto import calls via emails, text messages or API calls. Resgrid can dispatch via Push Notifications, Email, Text Messages and Voice Calls. So even your personnel without smartphones or cell phones at all can use landlines to get dispatched from anywhere in the world. Resgrid is open-source software (OSS) and we provide hosted zero-installation cloud-based SaaS offering and free on-premises installations. Our applications allow for changing the API url to connect your own specific installation.
