Specifically, the "RetroHrai Hotkeys" accessibility service intercepts button events system-wide so that physical gamepad buttons (such as the Home or Select button) can be used as modifier keys to control volume and screen brightness while playing games. This service does not record audio or video, does not read screen content, and does not collect or transmit any personal data. It is used solely to detect multi-button combinations for system control actions.
