Welcome to Be your Hero: thanks to my app you can access your training cards at any time, monitor your progress and share them with me, all in a single app! TRAIN WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE Be your Hero digitizes your training: I will upload your card so you can do your exercises directly with my app. What if you find that the card isn't right for you? No problem: I can update it at any time. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS You will always have your physical activity under control: you will be able to view which exercises are included in your training plan, your progress and how your physique changes over time. Your data history will allow me to efficiently manage your workouts. Thanks to the integration with Health Connect you will also be able to keep track of all your progress in a single screen: steps, calories burned and nutritional data together with those of your workouts! SHARE THE RESULTS WITH YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER Be your Hero is the best tool for establishing a winning relationship with your Personal Trainer: I will be able to give you useful feedback to train and get to know your body better, so you will never waste time in the gym and get better results!
