This app is used by VisionOptica employees and allows them to: - Identify a customer by scanning their QR code - Search for customers by name, ID number, phone number, or customer code (QR code) - Create new customer accounts - Assign points, also entering the purchase amount (if this option is enabled) - Process redemptions (delivering a prize in exchange for accumulated points) - Confirm the redemption request made by the customer.
