Entry/Exit Note is a vehicle access management app that allows you to easily and systematically manage records of vehicle entry and exit. In environments where vehicle entry and exit occur—such as buildings, offices, parking lots, workplaces, factories, and stores—you can register license plate numbers and owner information, and manage entry and exit records. You can view registered vehicle information through the vehicle list and save necessary details such as license plate number, owner name, affiliation, contact information, vehicle model, and memos. On the entry/exit management screen, you can create entry or exit records by recognizing the license plate number or entering it manually. Created records are saved in chronological order, and you can check the date, time, license plate number, and entry/exit status in the entry/exit record list. Selecting a specific record allows you to view detailed information, making it easy to track vehicle entry and exit history. Furthermore, you can view the status of vehicle management at a glance based on registered vehicle information and entry/exit records. It provides basic statistical information, such as the total number of vehicles, today's entry records, and vehicle status by department, enabling you to handle repetitive vehicle management tasks more efficiently.
