How does the map work? The forecasts are based on formulas developed by a biologist, which utilize open geographic information, biological information and forest resource data, with which we have built strong forecasts. The most likely locations are shown on the map as darker squares. A likely growing location does not always guarantee a harvest - weather, pollinators and the time of the harvest season always affect the final result. The forecast is constantly being refined.
