Play Cards - Add Scores

We can add Scores of any game like 13, 3.. etc for ex.A standard deck of 52 playing cards is used (No jokers), is dealt perfectly evenly between four players (13 cards each, hence the name of the game). When playing with 2 to 3 players, deal 13 cards to each player.
