When the clock hits the top of the hour, we enter The 6-7 Shift. Instead of resetting, the minutes keep climbing. You will watch time tick past (for example) 9:59, 9:60, 9:61, 9:62... all the way to the legendary 9:67. Only then does reality take over and return to normal timekeeping at 10:08.
