Predict headaches, joint pain, and morning sickness caused by changes in atmospheric pressure on a 5-point scale. Take proactive care with today's and weekly forecasts.
This app gently alerts you in the morning if you think "Today might be a bad day?" Changes in atmospheric pressure are a major factor affecting your physical condition, not only for those prone to headaches, but also for those with joint pain, morning sickness, and weather-related illnesses. The atmospheric pressure alert uses OpenWeather weather data to clearly display the day's risk in 5 levels. Furthermore, you can see the 24-hour atmospheric pressure trend, forecasts for morning, noon, and night, and the weekly forecast for tomorrow at a glance. 【Main Features】 ◆ Today's Risk (5 levels) Combining the absolute value of atmospheric pressure, rate of change, and direction of change, today's risk is displayed in 5 levels: "Mild/Slight/Moderate/Warning/Dangerous." The risk score bar makes the level intuitively clear. ◆ 24-Hour Atmospheric Pressure Trend Graph Displays atmospheric pressure from the past 2 hours to 24 hours ahead in a smooth graph. Actual data is distinguished by a dotted line, and forecast data by a solid line. You can also check the atmospheric pressure value for each hour by tapping. ◆ Morning/Afternoon/Evening Time-Based Forecast See at a glance the risk for each time period, such as "calm in the morning, declining from noon." Use this as a reference when planning your schedule. ◆ Weekly Forecast (Tomorrow to up to 5 days in advance) Displays the risk, temperature, pressure fluctuation range, and daily pressure sparkline for tomorrow. Tapping allows you to check the sub-slots for morning/afternoon/evening and detailed weather and temperature information. ◆ Review of Pressure History Review past days' graphs by selecting them from the calendar. The actual values and the forecast at the time are merged for a smoother view with fewer data gaps. ◆ Individual Tuning Function After recording about 5 headaches, it learns your individual pressure sensitivity. Even with the same pressure changes, it displays the optimal risk level for those who are more or less sensitive. ◆ Headache Record (Private Only) Easily record the time, intensity of pain, medication taken, and symptoms when a headache occurs. Records are completely private data visible only to you and will not be published on the timeline. ◆ Headache Care (First Aid Guide) This care screen opens when you experience a headache. It gently guides you through small self-care steps you can take immediately, such as hydration, resting in a dark room, applying a cold compress to your temples, and breathing exercises (inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds). ◆ Timeline A timeline function for easy interaction with others who experience discomfort due to changes in atmospheric pressure. Share your current physical condition and coping strategies, and send empathetic reactions. You can also follow people you're interested in and receive notifications when they post. ◆ Notification Function You can turn on only the notifications you need, from morning forecast notifications (time-specific), sudden changes in atmospheric pressure alerts, and personalized warning notifications for when you're in a pressure zone prone to your symptoms. ◆ Switching Between Travel Destination and Home Switch between automatic and manual GPS prefecture selection with one tap. You can pin "Home" or quickly recall recently selected locations, allowing you to quickly check atmospheric pressure forecasts even when traveling or on business trips. ◆ Trivia Rotation Displays trivia related to atmospheric pressure and headaches, such as "1013 hPa is a guideline for standard atmospheric pressure" and "Changes in atmospheric pressure affect the body." Tap to switch to the next piece of trivia. 【Recommended for those who:】 * Experience headaches before the weather changes * Are prone to feeling unwell due to weather-related illnesses or weather-related pain * Are pregnant and feel their morning sickness is affected by atmospheric pressure * Experience joint pain or old injuries due to changes in atmospheric pressure * Feel unwell during seasonal changes * Experience persistent discomfort during the rainy season or typhoon season * Want to visualize the relationship between atmospheric pressure and their physical condition * Travel frequently for business or leisure and want to check atmospheric pressure in different locations 【Privacy Considerations】 ◆ Headache records are completely private and only visible to you ◆ Location information is used only to obtain atmospheric pressure data and is not transmitted externally ◆ The app can be used even if location information is not permitted (Tokyo's atmospheric pressure is displayed by default, and you can manually select a prefecture) ◆ No account registration required to start using the app - basic functions are completely free ◆ You can delete your account at any time from the settings screen (delete all posts, records, and images at once) 【Notes】 The prediction information in this app is not a medical diagnosis. It shows general trends based on atmospheric pressure data and does not guarantee the onset of symptoms. If you are feeling unwell, please consult a doctor. The accuracy of weather data depends on the scope provided by the OpenWeather API. Actual measurements may differ depending on the region and time of day. Let's learn to live with the fluctuations in atmospheric pressure and go about our day at our own pace, whether it's a tough day or a calm one.
