SMAT-Score_V2

SMAT Score uses two scores to guide users to a more healthy and safe use of social media apps. Like a scale to a dieter or grades to a student, SMAT Score measures the likelihood of misuse as well as the proper use of social media apps. Engagement Score: With a growing body of research confirming the link between social media overuse and mental health issues, this score measures time spent per day on social media apps. The lower the score the better. Veracity Score: This score indicates what % of your information is sourced from news apps as opposed to social media posts. A low score suggests your news consumption is commentary rather than news, misleading not truthful and fake rather than factual. Download and use news apps to improve this score. We have all heard the famous maxim - "If you can't measure it, you cant manage it" - Well, not anymore. Download SMAT Score and start managing your social media health and wellness. What's your Score?
