Red Movilidad

Red Movilidad, the official app of the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications, is designed to improve the travel experience for users of public transportation in Santiago, Chile. Data traffic on this app is free for users of Claro, Entel, Movistar, and WOM. Red Movilidad provides timely information and allows interaction between users, facilitating more informed and efficient trip planning. The app allows you to: - Plan trips on buses, the Metro, and the Metrotren Nos. - Check bus and train arrival times at stops and stations. - Receive service alerts for stops and routes (detours, contingencies, and operational notices). - Report information to other users, such as the status of a bus or stop. - View nearby areas on the map and buses approaching a stop. - Top up a bip! card or use bip!QR to pay for your trip with a QR code. - Use application functionalities from compatible wearable devices (smartwatches), allowing access and use of services such as QR code payment directly from the watch, without needing to interact with the phone.
