Matn Al Jazariyyah (الجزرية)

The Book of Matn Al Jazariyyah is a preamble (introduction) regarding what it is obligatory for readers of the Qur'an to learn. This book is also often called "Al-Muqaddimah al-Jazariyyah". As it is known that the Al-Qur'an was revealed in very clear Arabic to His Prophet Muhammad shallallahu alaihi wa sallam which in fact will be easily understood, and even memorized by Muslims. As a word of God and proof of prophetic treatise, the Qur'an must be read with the correct tajwid (pronunciation). Initially there were no difficulties for the companions of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam, the first generation of Muslims in reciting the Qur'an, in issuing the letters according to the makhraj and the nature of the letters. However, after the da'wah expanded and Islam was embraced by other nations, the Islamic scholars arose to teach correct and correct pronunciation. This continues to be taught face-to-face with the talaq system, from generation to generation and so on down to our present day.
