Feedback Pro

Most of your customers won't tell you if something is wrong. To them, it's not worth an uncomfortable confrontation. Some will complain on Yelp, but most will just suffer in silence, and eventually take their business elsewhere. Feedback Pro provides your customers a zero-friction way to give you direct real-time feedback about their experience, and gives you an opportunity to address their issue on the spot, instead of letting them leave unsatisfied. Visit www.realtimefeedback.com for more details.
