HTML & URL encoder

The Application can convert characters, that have special representation as HTML entities, to that entities and vice versa. The app can convert all text characters into their HTML numeric representation. The app can convert characters to byte array and vice versa. The app can encode and decode URL for WWW and has option to preserve URL parameters, it can work with IDN domain names. All strings in Application are in Utf-8 encoding.
