Connect Mobile by Xplor Technologies puts a real-time, mobile connection to SPOT directly into the hands of your staff. Using the application, your production and CSR staff can now scan and rack completed orders, verifying accurate results right on the device screen. Customer orders in production can also be scanned directly to your workflow process steps. Because the application integrates directly with the SPOT system, orders can be assigned to designated wholesale services and even process open, price-later items when the work is complete. Connect Mobile can even be used for real-time, “swarm” inventory sessions. Using multiple devices at once, several staff members can now simultaneous scan inventoried orders.
