Ikin ICE

Ikin ICE is Ikin’s official backup app designed for rare situations when the main Ikin main apps are temporarily unavailable. It ensures that authorized users can still access critical locks and keep operations running with minimal disruption. With Ikin ICE, customers can quickly discover nearby Ikin smart locks without any login and securely unlock them using a one-time password issued through authorized Ikin channels. This provides a controlled, auditable, and safe way to handle emergencies or unexpected downtime events. Key features  Discover nearby Ikin locks: Scan for and list nearby Ikin smart locks around you.  Secure OTP-based unlock: Unlock a selected lock using a time-bound OTP shared through authorized Ikin support.  Designed for downtime emergencies: The app is activated only during Ikin app downtime scenarios, ensuring it is used strictly as a fallback.  No user login required: Simplified emergency access flow for authorized personnel in the field.  Built for logistics & operations teams: Ideal for fleets, warehouses, and high-uptime logistics operations using Ikin locks. Ikin ICE helps you maintain business continuity while keeping security and control at the center of every emergency unlock.
