The Taipei Veterans General Surgery Department aims to provide whole-process and whole-person care for surgical patients and their families. Through the "Surgery Whole-Care Care APP", information related to care before, during, and after surgery is connected to promote effective communication between the medical team and patients' families.
Function introduction: 1. Whole period of treatment: review of the consent form, health education materials and notification of the dynamic progress of the operation 2. Home management: Physiological measurement records, home diet input and output records, real-time records of side effects, complications and abnormal conditions 3. Personal projects: long-term tracking and reporting of specific diseases 4. Scheduled itinerary: scheduled treatment (outpatient, hospitalization, surgery) schedule planning calendar, online application for schedule adjustment (limited to specific departments) 5. Authorization authentication: personal identification code (QRcode), entity identity verification, authorizing family members to browse personal information 6. Message center: communication, reminder, tracking, attention 7. Medical log: operation schedule and real-time dynamics, image recording, communication and discussion.
