AIMWELL is a Black woman-owned business based in Kansas City. AIMWELL offers inclusive, trauma-informed, accessible yoga and wellness classes, events, workshops, and trainings. No matter your size, shape, background, or experience, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live well in mind, body, and spirit. We provide online and in-person services. Corporate sessions support healthier workplaces, AIMWELL serves youth under 14, and AIMWELL Yoga offers classes weekly.
