Returning Point and the Fund for Youth Talents of the Republic of Serbia jointly launched the Talent.Ecosystem initiative in December 2023 as a model of support for the most talented students who received scholarships from the Fund for Youth Talents to continue their master's and doctoral degree abroad. The idea of ​​this initiative is to provide a closed circle of support not only for students going abroad to study, but also for students to realize their talents and knowledge in the right positions upon their return - with the support of the private and public sector, and international organizations. An ecosystem of talented, young experts that receive support for circulation through a scholarship, but also through finding an adequate position after returning with the goal of staying in Serbia. The goal of the Talent.Ecosystem platform is to connect students, scholarship holders of the Fund for Youth Talents who are studying abroad, with the private and public sector in Serbia in order to provide support to the scholarship holders in finding business opportunities upon their return to the country on one side, and to provide companies in Serbia that are continuously looking for quality candidates direct access to our most talented students on the other side. Talent.Ecosystem application connects you with companies in Serbia that are looking for the most talented students, scholarship holders of the Fund for Youth Talents. The functionalities of the application are designed to facilitate the connection between candidates and employers. Each scholar is assigned a registration code that is entered once during registration. Simple profile completion with the help of an interactive registration assistant that guides candidates through the profile creation process. The application is integrated with LinkedIn and allows automatic transfer of data regarding education, work experience, skills and language skills from LinkedIn profiles. ▪ Simple job application. ▪ Submit applications with the help of an interactive guide located within the application before the job ads are displayed. ▪ Possibility of direct communication with companies.
