OnMyWay

Note: Make sure you allow OnMyWay to run in the background, or else SMS messages may not send (this setting differs per Android Phone; ignoring battery optimization may not be enough to allow it to run in the background, so make sure you do your research). And don't worry about battery life, OnMyWay will always kill its background service after 2 minutes of non-use. OnMyWay needs the necessary permissions to be able to function properly: access to SMS to send messages, access to Contacts and access to read Google Maps Notifications. Okay, picture this: You're cruising down the road 🚗💨, jamming to your tunes 🎶, navigating with Google Maps, and suddenly... ding! Your phone lights up. It's a friend: "ETA???" Then another: "U almost here??" Your chill vibe is officially interrupted 😡💢. You could try to type a reply while steering (please don't!), or you could pull over (ain't nobody got time for that!). But what if there was a magical little helper riding shotgun 🤔? Enter OnMyWay! Think of OnMyWay as your personal, hands-free, SMS-sending hype-person for your arrival time 😃💬. Here's the lowdown in fun-speak: Pick Your Posse: Before you hit the road, just tap-tap-tap and select which awesome humans from your contacts need to know when you'll grace them with your presence. Your mom? Your hungry dinner pals? The friend you're meeting for coffee? You decide! Syncs with Your Sidekick: OnMyWay gives a friendly high-five to Google Maps. As you drive and Maps updates your arrival time, OnMyWay is right there, paying attention (via your Google Maps Notification ETA). Automatic Awesome: Here's the best part – you do nothing! Every once in a while, OnMyWay automatically whips up a quick, friendly SMS with your updated ETA and sends it off to your chosen crew. Your hands stay on the wheel, your eyes stay on the road, and your friends stay informed (and maybe slightly impressed by your tech-savviness). No more fumbling with your phone, no more stressful "almost there!" texts, and definitely no more getting bombarded with "Where R U?" messages. OnMyWay keeps your friends in the loop while you focus on the important stuff, like avoiding that rogue pothole or perfecting your carpool karaoke. It's smooth sailing, informed friends, and stress-free driving, all wrapped up in one neat little app. So, next time you're heading out, tell those friends you're OnMyWay – literally! Get ready to be the most punctual (or at least, the most transparently-timed) friend in the group. Driving just got a whole lot less interrupted and a lot more fun!
